New Year, New Crafts room

Last year on the last month I no longer liked much my craft room. So of thinking it much and to tell a lot to my husband  to help me to move everything, it obtains finally it.

It was not far from easy since movi and movi and I did not like as it were so almost 3 days last placing and returning to place all my supplies inside and outside of the furniture.

But finally I decide and with some changes after to have removed everything by fifth time. I done.

So this year I begin with a new crafts room, more organize and  with purpose to finish so many begun projects that I have and that profit not to finish. 

A fin de año ya no megustaba mucho como estaba mi area de trabajo.  Asi que de mucho pensarla y mucho convencer a mi esposo de ayudarme a mover todo, por fin lo logre.

No fue nada facil ya que movia y movia y no me gustaba como quedaba asi que dure casi 3 dias colocando y volviendo a colocar todos mis materiales dentro y fuera de su lugar.

Pero por fin me decidi y con algunos cambios despues de haber removido todo por 5ta. vez, me decidi.

Asi que este año empiezo con una imagen nueva en mi area de trabajo, con mas organizacion y mas ganas para terminar tantos proyectos empezados que tengo y que no logro terminar por decidia o por falta de tiempo.

How you can make "Santa Clous Arrangemente"/ Como hacer un "Arreglo de Santa"

Materials and Tools: 

Sleigh color of you choice
Decor Santa
Floral foam
Moss
Red and White Poinsettia Bushes
Pine Garland
Ribbon
Fruit berry picks (different styles)
Christmas decor picks (instruments, ornaments, fruit, any decorations)
Glue gun and sticks
Knife
Wire cutters

Materiales y herramientas

Trineo del color de tu preferencia

Un Santa Claus

Foam para arreglo floral

Musgo

Girnalda de pino con alambre

Imitacion Noche buenas rojas y blancas en ramos

Liston

Berry's en diferentes estilos

Decoracion Navidena (instrumentos, fruta, esferas, adornitos y mas)

Pistola caliente y goma

Cuchillo

Pinzas para alambre

1.  Use a serrated knife to cut floral foam to fit inside the Sleigh.

1.  Corta el foam con el cuchillo, segun tamano de trineo teniendo en cuenta donde estara colocado el Santa.

2.  With the glue gun secure the foam in the Sleigh.

2.  Con la pistola pega el foam, donde estara colocado.

3.   Add some moss at the foam.Secure moss to the foam with floral pins or hot glue.  Spray the moss slightly with water and press down with fingers, if desired, to achieve a snug fit.

3.  Cubre el foam con el musgo. Moja un poco el musgo antes de colocarlo y aseguralo con unos alfileros florales o goma caliente.

4.  Put Santa and secure with the hot gun or floral wire.

4.  Coloca el Santa (pegandolo si tu lo deseas o aseguralo con alambre en el foam).

5.  Cut pine garland into single stems, insert on foam, secure with glue, cover the the possible the foam.

5.  Corta en tiras cortas la girnalda de pino y colocalas en el foam, aseguralas con goma caliente, trata de cubrir lo mas posible todo el arreglo, para que no se logre ver el foam, dandole forma al arreglo.

6.  Cut Poinsettia bushes into single stems, insert and secure with glue.

6.  Corta las flores del ramo de Noche Buenas y colocalas dandole forma al arreglo.

7.  Make a bowl with the ribbon, add on the back a pice of the poinsettia wire, secure with glue and insert and secure with glue.

7.  Haz un mono con el listo que escojiste para el arreglo, en la parte de atras pega un trozo del alambre de las flores y coloca el mono en el arreglo.

8.  Insert the berry's and the Christmas ornaments, try to cover the most possible the arrangement, try to put all ornaments, berry's, poinsettias in different high.

8.  Coloca ahora las berry's  y los adornos Navidenos, rellenando todo el arreglo para que no se mieren huecos en el.  Trata de que esten de diferentes tamanos dandole forma y elegancia a este.

9.  It's ready to decorate your home or why not to give it like a gift.

9.  Listo para colocarse en donde decorara aquel espacio de tu casa o por que no es un buen regalo Navideno.

Christmas is coming and how I am.......

The season it's here.
The cold, shopping, decoration, dinner, gifts, the happiness and eat every dinner we cook and bake, eat, eat and eat everything.

La temporada ya llego.
El frio, las compras, decorar la casa, las comidas, los regalos, la alegria y las ganas de comer y comer, de todo.

This holidays I will stay with  my kids and my husband in my house.  We can't go visit my parents and that make me feel so sad, because I wait this year to go to visit my parents and my old city.
It's very cold this city  were I living right now and my other city is not to cold and that is what I love, because I don't like the cold weather; over there it;s so beautiful and big, have enough mall to go shopping that the time is not enough to go in every store.

Esta temporada me la pasara con mis hijos y mi esposo en nustra casa.  No podremos ir a ver a nuestra familia, y eso me pone muy triste, ya que habia esperado todo el ano, para poder ir a visitar a mi familia y mi linda ciudad de donde soy.
Aqui hace mucho frio y haya hace menos frio y eso me agrada, ya que no me gusta el frio; ademas de que todo es tan bonito y amplio, hay tiendas para elegir y no alcanzar a visitar de tantas que hay, comparadas de donde resido hoy.

Well, that is not important, I will be cooking all day, like every year, but this year I will cook little bet less, already not decide what we going to cook for our dinner, my husband like tamales, but I don't, I don't how cook that and I don't want I stay a lot hours cooking. I want to cook something more easy, somebody can help me with some idea???? .  But I know what I going to bake for dessert pineapple up side down, Flan, and Hot fruit Te, and I have a good recipe of a fantastic salad, it's  my favorite, I have enough right here, but we need the principal plate, and you think I  have energy to cook more and sophisticate???, jijiji. 

Bueno eso no importa, yo me la pasare cocinando como siempre, pero esta vez en menos cantidad, todavia no decidimos que vamos a cenar, mi esposo quiere hacer tamales y yo no, ya que no se hacerlos, a mi se me antoja algo menos elaborado como ????, no lo se, quien me quiere sugerir algo; lo que si voy a hacer Volteado de pina, flan al horno, calientito o mejor conocido como ponche.  Tengo una receta de una ensalada deliciosa que es mi favorita, hasta ahi voy bien, pero me falta el platillo fuerte y ustedes creen que tendre todavia energia, para cocinar algo mas complicado. jijiji.

Now I going to shop my kids gifts, but I need be very carefully (upppssss) sorry, I want to say I need to order to Santa themes gifts.  This I very like it, go to shop is fantastic, for woman.  And maybe I can buy something for me, and other for me and why not another for  me. Upppssss!!!! I forget my husband, maybe a mittens or one scarf, because I don't have enough money after by me mine gifts.

Ahora me tengo que organizar como ir a escondidas de mis hijos a comprar sus regalos (uppssss) quiero decir mejor, ir con Santa Claus para ordenar sus regalos.  Eso si me agrada, ir de compras a quien no le agrada, bueno me refiero a nosotras las mujeres.  Y sirve que se me pega un regalito para mi y otro regalito para mi y otro regalito, por que no para mi tambien; Haaayyy!! se me olvida mi marido, que sera bueno un par de guantes o una bufanda, por que ya se me acabo el dinero, y eso que solo comprare para mis hijos y lo que se me ofrezca para mi.....

All this months I was working a lot for my shop, but the time wasn't enough for me. I can done just some projects and worse I just can enlist only 3 items.  I thing I need be more organizer next year, so everything are going to be ready, you can enjoy all my ideas and why not buy something.

Esta temporada me la he pasado trabajando, para mi tienda, pero el tiempo no me alcanzo y solo he podido acabar unos cuantos proyectos y lo peor solo he podido enlistar 3.  Creo que tendre que organizarme mejor el proximo ano para que todo este listo a tiempo y ustedes pueden disfrutar mis ideas y por que no comprar tambien.

  
I will work in done with my stop projects the rest of this year and for the next done with the last things and start new ideas in my head, I hope the year will enough.

Lo que queda del ano me enfocare en terminar algunos proyectos y el proximo ano terminar lo que no alcance y empezar algunas ideas que engo hace meses en mi cabeza, espero que ahora si me alcance el ano.

No se pierdan la proxima semana las recetas que tendre para la cena de Navidad y tambien les dire como realizar uno de los adornos que tengo aqui.

Quiero desearles que pasen la mejor Navidad y las mejores fiestas este ano y que el proximo ano se aun mejor.

How to make a Coaster/ Como hacer un portavasos

 

 

1. Cut the fabric 5"X5".
    Corta la tela 5X5 pulgadas.

 
2. Cut the a little piece of fabric for decorations. (to create any fun design).
    Corta pequenas piezas de tela para formar alguna figura o algun diseno divertido.

3. Sew the little pieces on the fabric and the buttons for the eyes.
    Cose las pequenas piezas a la tela del portavasos y peque los botones para formar los ojos.

4. Sew the Rick-Rack to decorate.
    Cose el galon o liston para terminar de decorar. 

5. Cut a 5"X5" of polyester batting for quilting,

    Corta una pieza 5X5 pulgadas de guata.

6. Sew two pieces (back and front) and the batting and made a hem.
    Cose la bastilla uniendo la pieza trasera, frontal y la guate entre si.

7. Sew a bias around the hem.
    Cose por ultimo bies alrededor, y, 

8. It's ready.
    Esta listo

 

Our Halloween Adventure////Nuestro dia de Halloween

Was a funny super day. We start decorating our house with Halloweens stuff.  My children telling where they want the spiderwebs and my husband doing all what we like. 

Was a so fun day, all was making jokes and talking about our customs and were they going to walk with their customs. When we finished, we decided to start make the carving pumpkin, which ones we already collected in the Pumpkin Patch.

My old son want a Hunting House, was so hardest carved that pumpkin, no was the most spectacular but I did my best, looking his happy face. And nothing was mos important that him. My husband had to start with the other pumpkin which was chooses for my little one, he wants a Mommy buuuu! he said, he start because my hand was it to tired for carve a new pumpkin.

The day of Halloween we get our customs, my older son was a skeleton, my little one he was Power Ranger and I was a witch, I didn't change to much but I change my hair.

 

They went to the Trick or Treat, I didn't want they can fill to much their baskets, and wishing finished the candies  to give. But which one was my surprise, I get the opposite, didn't come as much people as I thought and my children filled their baskets. Now what I do with so many candies?

When they arrived they had hunger and we decided to bake a pizza and we began to bake chocolate cookies my kids helped me cutting with the cookies cutting we were made Halloween shapes, for them was  funny because  they feel like we was playing with play-doo.

It was a super day of Halloween.

Fue un dia super divertido   Todos empezamos a decorar la casa con adornos de Halloween.  Mis hijos daban opinion donde querian ver sus telaranas y mi marido dandonos gusto.

Fue un dia tan gracioso ya que todos bromeabamos y deciamos de que nos hibamos a disfrazar el dia esperado, para que mis hijos recorrieran las calles disfrazados.
Cuando terminamos de colocar todos los adornos, decidimos empezar a  decorar 2 calabazas de las muchas que ya habiamos escojido en el campo de calabazas que habiamos ido Pumpkin Patch.

 Mi hijo mas grande dijo que queria una casa embrujada, hay me me veran cortando la calabaza, estaba durisima pero lo logre tal vez no me quedo super espectacular pero por verlo contento no importaba que me quedara la mano adolorida. Mi esposo tuvo que empezar con la otra calabaza que habia escogido mi hijo mas chiquito el queria una momia buuuu!!! decia, ya estaba mi mano tan adolorida que no le quedo de otra de empezar.

 

El dia de Halloween empezamos a disfrazarnos, mi hijo mas grande se disfrazo de calaca, el pequeno el queria ser Power Ranger yo de bruja que no me cambie mucho el disfraz, pero estaba mas alocada que de costumbre.

Salieron a pedir dulces, yo rogando que no llenaran mucho sus canastas, y que se me acabaran los dulces que tenia yo en casa para dar. Pues todo lo contrario, no vinieron tanto ninos como yo pensaba y mis hijos llenaron sus canastas.  Ahora que hago con tantos dulces?

Cuando llegaron tenian hambre y decidimos hornear una pizza y empezamos a preparar unas galletas de chocolate y cortarlas con moldes de Halloween, para ellos fue super divertido, ya que sentian como si estuvieramos jugando con plastilina, era divertido como se emocionaban ellos cuando salian las galletas del horno y les ponian cosas para decorar.

Fue un super dia de Halloween.
