Chiles rellenos, great for this 5 de Mayo
5 de Mayo it's here in Mexico we celebrate the Batalla de Puebla.
I have a great recipe for this day:
For this recipe you need:
Chiles poblanos
Monterrey cheese
Eggs
Flour all purpose
Oil
1. Put the chiles directly in the flame of the burner on a gas stove or do it in a broiler or toaster oven, or best yet, on a charcoal barbecue grill. However you do it, keep turning the pepper so as to blacken it evenly over its entire surface without burning.
When is black and blistered, place the pepper in a plastic bag.. Keep the bag closed . After 20 to 30 minutes you can start peeling the peppers. This is somewhat laborious but if you have roasted them correctly and left them long enough in the plastic bag, the tough outer skin peels off fairly easily.
2. Make a cut with a knife in the side of the pepper. Rinse with water, pull out any ribs and seeds, be careful not to rip the chili too much. When peeled, roll the chiles in white flour and set aside.
3. Add monterrey cheese inside of the chile.
4. Separate one egg for every two chiles. Beat the whites until stiff. Add some yolk and beat little bet more time until make yellow.
5. Heat cooking oil 1” to 2” deep in a big frying pan. Holding the chili by the stem dip it in the egg batter until well coated.Fry on the surface of the oil, slowly rotating the chili until it is lightly browned.
6. Place it carefully in the tomato sauce, ladling sauce to completely cover the pepper. Keep the sauce on very low heat. Heat the chiles in the sauce at least long enough to melt the cheese. It doesn’t hurt to leave them in longer as they just soak up flavor from the sauce
FOR THE TOMATO
SAUCE:
You need:
Tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Chiles
Salt
Boil all ingredient's, when it's ready the
tomatoes, put in the blender, add salt, and liquefies.
Heat a pan with little oil when it's warm add the tomatoes
sauce to heat.
El 5 de mayo ya esta aqui, y en Mexico celebramos la Batalla de Puebla.
Tengo esta receta que es ideal para esta fecha.
Para
esta receta necesitaras:
Chiles
poblanos
Queso monterrey
Huevos
Harina
Aceite
1. Pon los
chiles directos a la lumbre en la estufa, lo puedes hacer en un horno y
mucho mejor en el azador. Voltealos hasta que todos los lados del chile
esten completamente negros o quemada la piel de este. Cuando esten
completamente tatemados los chiles colocalos en una bolsa de plastico
por lo menos 30 minutos. Es un trabajo laborioso y tardado, pero esto
ayudara
a que se mas facil de pelar.
2. Haz un
corte al chile por un lado con un cuchillo. Saca todas las venas y
semillas del chile y enjuagalo hasta que ya este limpio. Hazlo con
mucho cuidado ya que puedes romper el chile.
3.
Rellenalo con queso y enharinalo.
4. Haz
el huevo, separa las llemas de las claras, bate las claras hasta que
esten completamente blancas y duras, cuando esten listas, anade un poco
de yemas y bate haste que se torne un poco amarillo el huevo.
5. Sumerje el chile relleno de queso en la mezcla del huevo y
ponlo en aceite previamente calentado en un sarte, debe haber sufiente
aceite en el cual se pueda sumerjir el chile con el huevo, velo
volteando poco a poco hasta que todos los lados esten cafes.
6 Cuando tengas listo el huevo sumerjelo en la salsa por lo
menos 15
minutos o hasta que el queso este derrerito y que haya agarrado el
sabor de la salsa en el huevo.
COMO
HACER LA SALSA:
Necesitas
Tomates
Cebollas
Chiles
Ajo
Sal
Cose todos los ingredientes, cuando esten ya cocidos, licuado
todos los ingredientes y pon un poco de sal. Prepara una olla con un
poco de aciete, coloca la salsa y pon la a calentar y listo.

How to make a recycled box for your recycled supplies.
Trying to get all my recycled fabrics in place, I broke the box where I used to put them.
I had the idea of making a new one and I would like to show you how to do it. It is very simple.
1. Get 2 boxes. You will use the first one to put your fabrics inside. The second box will be the lid.
2. Measure the length and the width of the main box. Measure the height (or depth) of the lid; make it as deep as you want.
3. Once you are done measuring, cut your outline with a knife.
4. Fold the cardboard along the cuts. Use a ruler so making straight folds will be easier.
5. Glue with a hot gun.
6. Now it's time to decorate your box: use any paper you like. Measure the length and width of each side of the box. Cut the paper and glue it.
7. You can also decorate your box has to be really pretty.
8. And... now you can put all your recycled fabrics in the box, so you can use them in future projects.
Tratando de guardar mas reciclaje de mis telas, se me rompio mi vieja caja en donde colocaba todas estas telas.
Asi que ahora me di a la tarea de crear una nueva, y te quiero mostrar como. Es muy sencillo.
1. Consigue 2 cajas, la primera en donde guardaras los pedasos de tela, y la segunda para hacer la tapa de tu caja.
2. Mide lo largo y ancho de tu caja principal, y mide cuanto quieres de altura o de fondo para tu tapa.
3. Una vez que hiciste las mediciones, corta con una navaja todo los trazos hechos.
4. Ahora dobla todos los cortes y ayudate con una regla para que al doblar te sea mas facil y te vayas derecho.
5. Pega con goma caliente.
6. Ahora es hora de decorar la caja: Con cualquier papel de tu eleccion, mide largo y ancho de cada lado, corta y pega.
7. Puedes decorar con figuras precortadas o dibujarlas y cortar tu, puedes usar listones, botones para hacer figuras, con etiquetas y mas, Lo importante es que se vea muy bonita tu caja.
Y ahora si, a colocar todos mi reciclaje de telas para futuros proyectos.

Working Woman's International Day/ Dia Internacional de la Mujer
On March 8 we celebrate the Working Woman's International Day ( also Day the
International of the Woman) This day has been
recognized by the Organization of the United Nations (the UN).
On this date we commemorate woman's struggle to be part of our society, just like men, and to develop themselves as whole human beings. This day is a national celebration in same countries.
Today we women, play more roles than in the past. Not only do we keep our family to gather, but we also contribute to increase the household income and to keep the world's economy active. Our role is more important than just being mothers, much more.
Today we play the essential woman's role not just being women, by being called women, or by wanting to grow up as women.
Today we, women, are not the so called weak sex any more. We are not the ones that don't have character, the ones that allow abuse, insults and blows; the ones that have to ask for permission, to give our opinion, to speak, to think or even to take decisions concerning our family, our home, our company, our country, or our world.
Today we are much more. We are the ones that provide love, kindness and dedication; the ones that show perseverance, discipline, organizable and character, we are working women, committed to transit energy, to give our time, to share our talents and our skills to create art and to acquire knowledge, so we can have a better future for ourselves, our families and our society.
It is a fact that we, women, are perseverant, that we have courage, vision and determination, and that we are ready to fight for the well-being of our families, our society, and our country.
Help us move ahead, don't lower your head, don't give up and fight achieve your dreams and your desires, this will benefit yourself, your children, your family, your country and your world. El Día Internacional de la Mujer Trabajadora (o también Día Internacional de la Mujer) se celebra el día 8 de marzo y está reconocido por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU). En este día se conmemora la lucha de la mujer por su participación, en pie de igualdad con el hombre, en la sociedad y en su desarrollo integro como persona. Es fiesta nacional en algunos países.
Ahora las mujeres representamos mucho mas que solo el mantener el hogar unido, coperar en la economia del hogar, mantener activa la economia mundial, mucho mas que ser madres, mucho mas que eso.
Ahora las mujeres represetamos el papel impresindible de ser mujeres por el solo hecho de ser mujeres, de llamarnos mujeres y de querer ser mujeres.
Ahora las mujeres no somos ya el tan llamado sexo debil, las falta de caracter, las que permitimos maltratos, insultos y golpes, las que teniamos que pedir permiso, para opinar, para hablar, para participar y hasta para poder decidir dentro de la familia, del hogar, de una empresa, de un pais y del mundo.
Ahora somos mucho mas, somos las que proveemos amor, bondad, dedicacion, lucha, diciplina, organizacion, caracter, somos mujeres trabajadoras, y dedicadas a dar energia, tiempo, talento, abilidades, destrezas, proveemos arte y conocimientos para el futuro de nosotras mismas, de nuestra familia y de nuestra sociedad.
Se ha comprobado que las mujeres somos perseverantes, tenemos el corage la vision y determinacion, estamos en pie de lucha para el beneficie de nuestra familia, de nuestra sociedad, de nuestro pais.
Ayudanos a seguir adelante, nunca bajes la cabeza, tus suenos, tus deseos, siempre lucha por ellos, ya que es para el beneficio tuyo, de tus hijos, de tu familia, de tu pais y de todo el mundo.
